Clients : Delete your NexaTherapy Account
We respect your control over your account and personal data. You may request deletion of your NexaTherapy account at any time through the app.
If you were directed here from the App Store or Google Play Store, this page explains how to submit an account deletion request.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps inside the NexaTherapy app:

Go to My Profile Open Account & Security
Step 2
Tap on Delete Account
Step 3
Review the information shown and confirm your request by selecting Delete Account
What Happens Next
- Your account will be placed into a deletion status and will no longer remain available for ordinary active use.
- You may lose access to certain account features immediately or shortly after your request is submitted.
- Where a restoration window applies, you may be able to log in again during that period to restore access.
- After the applicable deletion period, your account will be deactivated or permanently removed from active platform access in accordance with NexaTherapy’s retention and deletion policies.
Deletion Timeline
- Your account may remain in a temporary deletion state for up to 30 days.
- During this period, restoration may be possible by logging back into your account, if this function is made available in the app.
- After that period, the account will no longer remain available as an active account.
Before You Delete Your Account
- Deleting your account may affect your access to session history, bookings, invoices, subscriptions, and other account-related information.
- Active subscriptions should be cancelled in accordance with the applicable platform process.
- Certain administrative, transactional, legal, compliance, dispute, billing, audit, security, or backup-related records may continue to be retained where required or permitted under applicable law and NexaTherapy’s policies.
- Deletion of your account does not necessarily mean that all associated data will be immediately or permanently removed from all systems.
